“ Excellent service, food is great. Had to wait for 45 minutes but it was dinner time and it was their busiest hour, but it definitely worth it. Don’t Ruin your steak by ordering it well done, medium is the perfect steak. Going with family or group of friends will make it a wonderful experience. ”

“ One of my all time favorites in London. The steak is tender and the fries are crispy and the steak sauce is on point. The service is usually pretty good and once you’re seated, you’re tended to pretty quickly. Their salad and especially salad dressing is also a crowd favorite. The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and very vibrant and the fact that all staff wear the same uniform, makes the place look very professional. Their desserts are a great ending to the experience and I’ve never come out of there unsatisfied. The only downside is that if you are not super early you have to wait in a line outside to enter. They do have space heaters outside for the people in standing in the line near the entrance but most times the line is rather long and may take a while before you’re under the space heaters. All and all, a great place to eat and definitely recommended. ”
“ Simplicity. No need for a menu here as there is no menu. For 31pp you have a green salad, french stick bread, and a good portion of steak and chips with a tasty source. And when you feel full you get the same again! Wine by the glass or bottle available ! Join the queue or be lucky and walk in Always busy and always noisy. Rather cramped but that’s the style.. embrace it ! ”

“ We'd heard about this place and made a special trip to London to visit. We arrived at around 12.30ish pm, there was no queue. The restaurant is compact and busy, but we were sitted straight away6. Our waitress was super attentive. She asked us if it was our first trip and explained everything - Walnut green salad & bread to start and then 2 servings of chips and steak with sauce. Food arrived promptly, the salad was sharp and fresh, the chips were crunchy & crisp, and the steak melted like butter - not chewy at all! There's salt & pepper and mustard in the table. Note that the main plates are smaller than normal, but given that you got 2 servings, it was fine. Drinks wise, a vast range available, the restaurant is happy to serve table water, so don't hesitate to ask. Dessert looked delicious but were way too full to squeeze any in. We weren't rushed, food was good, and we felt welcomed, a to the point and no fuss place, overall, good time had by all. ”

It starts with a simple but delicious salad, then comes the main event: steak and fries with their signature sauce. And the best part? They give you a second serving of steak and chips! Everything was cooked perfectly, and the sauce is seriously addictive. The house wine is also very good. ”
“ Great French steak and service for a reasonable price. We enjoyed the food amd the service was super quick. The staffs were super friendly. The red wine is classic. It is highly recommended if you are a fan of the French cafe sauce. I think I had better experience in other locations in France, but I am just glad that this is available in London. ”
